How it started

How Certrak was born

Over several years in the industry Certrak's founders noticed that real estate agents and office managers found managing their team’s qualification and CPD requirements to be time-consuming and stressful.

With the risk of fines and penalties, agents and office managers developed their own workarounds using spreadsheets, calendars, or hard copy files.

This often resulted in a last-minute panic around CPD deadlines and confusion about qualification requirements.

We thought there has to be a better way.

So we made it our mission to create one.

Meet Certrak's founders

Certrak's founders have a combined experience of almost three decades in real estate -
including working at franchise head offices, suburban agencies, RTOs and training providers, and in technology and data.

Charmaine Potts

A licenced Class 1 Real Estate Agent in NSW with over 17 years experience in the field, in a franchise head office, and in managing training, Charmaine is on a mission to help agents solve the challenges of qualifications and CPD.
